Elderly couple killed north San Antonio fire identified #SanAntonio

The elderly man and woman killed in a fire late Monday night have been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.   

Cecil Foster, 82, and his wife Josephine, 83, were unable to escape flames and smoke that broke out at a home in the 2000 block of Basse Road.
